Hawk Classic Golf Tournament
Date: April 29, 2024
Our annual golf tournament event is a time for relaxation, competitive fun, and wholesome togetherness for friends and family alike. We invite any and all range of golfers to attend this event as it directly impacts tuition assistance towards our Hawk students. This one day event has a number of volunteer opportunities, such as; check-in, assisting with the putting contest, and other necessary duties on the day of the event.

Catholic Life Insurance Raffle
Date: September through January
Started in 2007 as a way to help struggling Catholic Schools, the Catholic Schools Sweepstakes has raise nearly $13 million, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Catholic Schools.
Our school/students will be participating is selling raffle tickets and 100% of the proceeds stays at Our Lady of the Hills. We need assistance in creating student packets, and keeping track of student sales.

Beads and Boots Gala
Date: February 2, 2024
The biggest event at Our Lady of the Hills College Prep is brought to you in the form of a hill country style Gala. This evening of live music, dinner, and valuable auction items is a memorable night of community. Beads and Boots, a Hill Country Gala has a multitude of volunteering opportunities, such as; assisting with set up of tables, chairs, curtains, decorations, check-in, check-out, monitoring of auction items, individuals to bring auction items to check-out table, organized dissembling of decorations, and other various tasks.
