How to Apply
We are excited you have decided to apply to Our Lady of the Hills College Prep. The following checklist will help you with the application process.
Submit a copy of the following items
- Current & prior year report cards or transcripts.
- Standardized Testing scores
- Teacher recommendations in English, Math, and Administration.
- Any other educational testing you would like to share
- Up-to-date immunization records. (The Archdiocese of San Antonio mandates that all students are immunized, No waivers are allowed.)
- Birth certificate
- Social Security card
Complete the High School Placement Test
Schedule a family interview
All of the items listed above must be submitted before an application file is complete. Upon receipt of the items listed above the Office of Admissions will contact you to schedule an interview.
